Oil mist recovery air purification process

The first round stainless steel filter ball

The third stainless steel braided mesh (reusable)
When the oil mist passes through the filter mesh, the oil mist will divert and diffuse, and hit the filter Oil droplets are formed on the net, and drip down through the filter to the recovery tank. Through the design of the collection pipeline and the filter recovery design, the collection and recovery of oil mist can achieve a double effect.

The fourth specially designed turbo-type impeller

The fifth high-efficiency filter barrel
When the oil mist goes through the previous oil mist collection process, there will still be oily smoke that has not been completely eliminated. When passing through the filter material (polyester fiber cotton/glass fiber cotton/HEPA, etc.) in the high-efficiency filter barrel, select the appropriate material according to the conditions of oil mist, smoke and dust, etc., and make the filter barrel to achieve a recovery and purification efficiency of up to 99.9% to reach PM2.5 standard value.
